Your goal is to create that dress on Annie's mannequin so let's start with the basic parts and sides, like top of the dress, a belt in the middle side and of course, the skirt. They must be customized by you and so original so let's prove that you are the greatest fashion designer and you select incredible colours and shades not only for the top side of the dress and for the skirt, but for the belt too!
