There is a list there with the letters so once you've spotted and clicked on them, there will disappear the selected ones so make sure that you will get through this task with no other issues. Some of the images are especially made to making you dizzy and get confused about the position of the letters you need to find so for this you need to pay close attention in every single spot possible.
