To win you need to reach the end of the song, and to do that you need to keep playing your notes at their right times in the chart, until that conclusion.

To hit notes you watch for when arrow symbols float and match above BF, and at the same time you press the identical arrow keys. Be careful not to miss hitting those keys too many times in a row, or you have to start again from scratch. Good luck!
