From the game's main menu you will make a choice between the story mode and free play mode, and no matter what you pick, winning is done in the same way, by reaching the end of the songs. That is only achievable if you play all your notes according to the charts.

So, when you see arrow symbols match above BF's head, that is when you press the identical arrow keys. Don't miss doing it too many times in a row, or you have to start again from scratch. Enjoy, good luck!
