Use WASD to move, space to jump, shift to run, and use the mouse to look around. On each level, you are going to be in another section of the Backrooms, where you need to give your best to find the tablet and use it to open up the elevator and advance to the next level.

Of course, there are dangers in this place, meaning all sorts of monsters roaming around, and you need to stay clear away from them, for as long as possible, because if they catch you, that level is lost and you need to start it all over again from scratch.
