Let's play Pokemon Sword and Shield online! It's a fan-made remake in the style of GBA Games, but based on the 2019 releases! 

How to play Pokemon Sword and Shield

The Player (YOU) aims to explore the new region (Galar), where they catch wild Pokemon, fight against other trainers, and defeat the Champion - Leon, and take that title for themselves!

• defeat the Gym Leaders along the way
• face off against the new villains: Team Yell
• rescue and capture the Legendary Pokemon: Zacian & Zamazenta

The controls to know about:

Move using the ARROW keys. Use the Z key for Button A, and X for Button B, with which you interact, start dialogues, and select moves.

Win the turn-based monster fights!

In the Pokemon battles you win by depleting the enemy Pokemon of their health bar. In turns you and your opponent choose a move from your arsenal of attacks.

New starter Pokemon!

At the start of your journey you meet the Professor, who gives you three Pokemon to choose from to begin your adventure:

1. Grookey
2. Scorbunny
3. Sobble

Catch wild Pokemon!

When exploring the region, quick-time events happen where you meet wild Pokemon whom you have to fight. Defeat them, and if they are weak enough, throw Pokeballs at them to capture them and add them to your team.

Let's catch them all!

As per usual, you are on a quest to complete the Pokedex. Encounter and fight all the new 400 Pokemon in the region (for the two games together).

Evolve!

The more you fight with a Pokemon, the more EXP - experience points it gains. When they do, their moves get stronger, and when they reach target numbers, they can evolve into new forms. Try to complete all the evolutions of your monsters!

New mechanics:

• the Dynamax and Gigantamax mechanics will grow the Pokemon to bigger sizes and lets them use more powerful attacks
• the chance to battle in teams of four in various side-quests
• set up Camps for you and your team
