Arsonate is one of the most intriguing horror-survival puzzle games. It's also a card battle game and a turn-based strategy game! It's a fire game!

How to play Arsonate

Being locked in a tower with a mysterious host, you will play a game of cards to battle and earn your survival and freedom.

What happens in the game's battlefield of cards, is actually happening in reality, with you and your rival as game masters fighting each other!

Use the cards and utilities you receive to form the best strategy to win the fire war. Burn the enemy's tower to win. If they burn yours first, you lose instead.

Choose the level of difficulty between 'Fair', which is the easiest, or 'Normal', where the host will play tricks on you and cheat. Harder, but more exciting.

Use only the mouse to interact with the cards, the playing field, the lockers, and the utilities they hold.

Learn the engaging card battle system!

Begin by taking out the deck from the lockers and placing the cards on the field. The field has two sides, with each player's tower at the end. Cards are placed in the spots all around the field.

• cut and shuffle the cards to make the game fair by randomizing the cards;
• the cards are then dealt face-down to fill up the map.

The forest fire stars in the middle, and then it spreads around it with each card flip. You and the enemy choose in turns where it further spreads.

• spread the fire to your enemy's tower first to defeat them!

Find the solutions to the quick-time events!

Some cards, when flipped, will trigger events:

• taking another turn (11 redraws in total)
• the delivery of a random utility (26 utilities in total)

Master the power of utilities!

When utility cards are drawn, you receive them in boxes in the locker area.

• place objects into your locker to use them in turns up ahead
• use objects to break enemy lockers and dispose of their items to damage their strategy
