Start off by choosing your name and the skin tone of the bodybuilder avatar you will get yoked with. Aim to become one of the top players by winning all of the following bodybuilding competitions:
- Amateur Pump
- Flex-Off Nationals
- Iron Invitational
- Pump Parade
- Golden Gods
- Hercules
- Hyperion Throne
- Yoke Off
- The Absolute Unit
The defending champ you have to defeat in each competition has a given number for his gains. If you exceed that number by the day the contest is held on, you will defeat them, and advance to the following contest.
Play the cards in each day of training in such a way that you reach the minimum gains required to defeat the champ. Let's start training!
Mind your Stamina!
Play the cards in your hand to train your muscle groups. Each card requires stamina to be activated. Once you are out, the day of training is done. New cards are drawn at the start of each day, and the stamina is replenished.
Be wary of Fatigue!
When you train you increase your gains, but also the fatigue. If you have too much fatigue, you will injure your muscles. Those muscles cannot be trained for two days afterward. You lose 5 fatigue at the start of each day, automatically
