How to play Snakecremental

Move your Snake with the ARROWS.

The levels themselves work as the Snake Games you already know and love:

slither around with the snake on the map to collect and eat the glowing orbs;
collect the target number of orbs to finish each level - watch the progress bar in the top right corner;
make sure you avoid hitting into the boundaries of the map, or 'eating your own tail' up by bumping into yourself;

Once you've accomplished these main tasks, the levels are passed, and new ones are unlocked. They unlock around you, in the shape of a tree. More to come!

Grow your skill tree!

After new levels are unlocked in the skill tree, you choose which of them to play, in what order. Do so in order to increase and develop your snake's skills at your own pace. Here are examples of skills you can grow:

Increase color gain based on the final score.
Increase the red value.
Increase red value based on red.

Collect the colors!

As you've noticed earlier, red is your first color. That is because it is the color of the first orbs you eat up. Then, you will unlock levels with orbs of other colors.

The orbs bring different skills into the tree, depending on their color. Aim to eat orbs of many colors in order to have a well-rounded and well-developed snake!

Customize your snake!

As you progress, you are also able to unlock new skins for your snake, and you will see that they bring with them different abilities. Try them all!
