Playster is our mascot, and it is hungry for some candy. It's got a real sweet tooth! Cut the ropes and help it eat as much candy as possible!

🍬 Playster Eats Candy - the best new cut the rope game online!

The premise is very simple: Playster sits on a platform, with his mouth open, waiting for the candy to fall into it. The candy is hanging by a rope, which you cut by swiping through it. The ropes usually swing, so finding the right moment to cut them is very important.

Cut the ropes so that the little creature can eat the candy, and if you can make it fall through the stars, even better. Do this one level after the next one, with each new level being more difficult than the last. The added challenge makes it more rewarding when you solve them!

⭐ Get the stars!

There are three stars that you can get in each level. Not from performance, but by actually making the candy fall through them. Make the candy run through all the stars, and then reach the Playster's mouth.

• there are 75 stars to get in total, three for each level, across the 25 levels that you need to pass;

✋ Don't lose the candy!

If the candy falls outside of the boundaries, out in the open space, or outside the screen, you lose the level. Good timing will prevent that from happening!

🪤 Avoid the traps!

Various kinds of traps appear, and more of them do as you progress. For example, the electrical wires. Don't let the candy get shocked, or you lose the level. Wait for the electrical current to stop, and then allow the candy to fall through it.

🫧 We've got bubbles too!

Floating bubbles are introduced in the fourth level. Bubbles sit around, or they move around, but they are always helpful. When the candy falls in the bubble, the bubble captures it. Then, if the bubble moves, it moves the candy with it.

• you can make the candy fall into a bubble which then goes upwards to reach the monster;
• in another level we made the candy fall into the bubble, and it moved it to the left where the monster was sitting;

❗ It's very important to know that once the bubble captures the candy, you need to tap on it to release it from it, otherwise it floats it away.

🔴 Master the powers of gravity!

In the eighth level, you will notice that there is a red button at the top of the screen. It changes gravity. It is holding the candy, so when you tap on it, it falls. Don't press the button at the right time, or the candy will ascend.

❕ Figure out the right moments to change gravity to lead the candy on the correct pathway to Playster! You can make the gravity rise the candy up to avoid obstacles below, but be careful not to hit ones up top!

🦘 Bounce around!

Another element that is introduced is the bouncy platforms. If the candy falls on them, they make it jump, just like a trampoline. Use them to bounce the candy around to reach Playster.

🧱 Break the bricks!

When the bricks appear to stop you in your tracks, tap on them to break them. They're annoying, but they are easy to get rid of. Just click/tap on them!

🕳️ Don't fear the black holes!

When they appear at level 21, they might seem scary to you. They're not. Make the candy go through them since they teleport the candy around!

Tips & Tricks

• if there are more ropes than one to cut, figuring out in which order to cut them is usually the key to completing the level;
• bricks can also be helpful: leave bricks on top of spikes so that the candy does not hit the pointy edges;
• you can watch ads to skip levels;

FAQs

Can I win a level without catching any of the stars?

Yes, to complete a level you don't necessarily need the stars, only for Playster to eat the candy. But, it would be good to catch them all if you want to achieve a perfect score!
