Mabel and Dipper have some real problems with their teeth and tables because they abused with candy, chocolates and cola and now they have to go at the dentist because they no longer withstand the teeth pain. First you have to pick up Mabel because she's the girl from our game, then take her in your dental cabinet where you have to make some tests to each of her teeth, table to find the problems from her mouth. After you find these teeth that have carries you have to pick up the dental drill then try to remove decayed tissue from each teeth. After that you have to give her a special water which will kill the germs. Dipper have some teeth that must remove them with the special tool called dental pliers, then take the porcelain teeth, choose the right color for that, the color have to be the same like the others teeth then you can implant it, so the problem will be solved. After you finished with Mabel you can take the second patient that is Dipper to make his teeth healthy.
