The first thing that you have to do in this new game is to take the special cream that will allow you to make an x-ray on her stomach to see what kind of baby this pony will have, a boy or a girl, then make some medical tests to see if everything is ok, so pick up a thermometer to see many degree she have, then stethoscope to hear how is beating her heart and finally you can jump into the next level of the game where you will have to make a cesarean birth. Don't forget to use the gas mask first, then you can use a syringe to make her an injection and finally she will birth a new baby. Take care about that baby, find some clots that are perfect for her and then buy a bad to take her sleeping.
