To clean up the room, first, you need to find the six hidden items from the list on the side of the screen. When you find them in the room, click on them. Find all of the six objects before running out of time: 60 seconds.

In the next stage, you can decorate the room. The six objects have become the buttons you use to change the walls, the decorations, the PC, the floors, the furniture, and Pinkie Pie's dress.
