Start off by choosing a username, and then in the main menu you see that you can change your Rider, but you will have to earn credits to unlock the new characters. Here are the Stages you will have:

Missions
Climbing Hill
Wheel Desert
Snow Hill
Camping Mountain
Night Town
2P Race
4P Race

You can also change your Vehicle:

Hill Climber
Gang Speed
Dust Mite
SMC Classic
Drift Master
Velocitozer
Abominater
Autoception
Raging Udata
Aqua Tuplar
King Rapid

In the Tune section you can make the following changes to your car:

Engine
Suspension
Friction
Gas Tank

Hit the play button to try and complete as many of these courses as possible, using A and D or Left and Right to steer, J for Nitro, K for Magnet, and L for All Wheel Drive.
