The pony has a stuffed nose, so use the nasal spray to clean it. With the soap, you will wash her body. Give her an injection, so she doesn’t feel pain during the birth.

You will listen to the heartbeat using the stethoscope, and put on an oxygen mask. Breathing is important during birth. Wash her again with the soap.

To bring the newborn into the world, take the hand and rub on the tummy until it comes out. There, now Twilight Sparkle has a baby, and she’s a new and happy mother. She sends you all her gratitude!
