This game is an interesting variation of the 'Match 3' game category. Instead of moving gems and trying to match at least 3 of them, you need to click on groups of tiles to destroy them. The tiles are laid down randomly on the grid.
When you click on a group of tiles, they will get destroyed and if there are tiles above it, they will fall down in the destroyed tiles' place. If the fallen tiles match they will get automatically destroyed and you'll get extra combo points.
If you've run out of moves and there are no more tile groups for you to press, a bomb icon will appear that you can use to destroy random tiles until you can click on groups again. There is a limited number of bombs available to you, the more combos you manage to achieve the more bombs you will gain.
There are multiple layers of tiles place on each other, you can also match them if they aren't on the same layer. The minimum number of tiles needed to be able to destroy them is 2 unlike other 'match 3' games in the wild.
We hope you have fun playing Tiles of the Unexpected!
