Yes, this game is just like the original one, only instead of Boyfriend we have the Cartman character as the protagonist, and you need to help him defeat various antagonists in musical battles, such as Mummy Mearest, Pico, or Daddy Dearest.
To do so, use the arrow keys and press them at the correct times, only when their symbols from the screen are floating around the match, and this is when you will win the match if you take the song to the end.
