Give Jessie a New Year Glam Hairstyle!

Give the hair a Spa treatment first, to make sure that it is healthy and rich:

use the shower to wet the hair;
apply shampoo, a hair mask, and conditioner;
rinse them off with the shower after each applied solution;

In the Challenge mode, you are given four hairstyles to make, following the on-screen instructions to perform actions such as:

cutting hair with scissors or with a machine;
brushing the hair;
painting the hair with dye;

Just do as you're told to create the desired hairstyle. When that is over, you unlock the Creativity mode, where you can use the same tools and products to make the hairstyle you want to see on Jessie.
