The game is divided into ten levels in total, each one having the same Red Light, Green Light competition, but they get more difficult as you keep advancing through the stages. Start off by choosing the avatar you want to use, and then begin the race!

When the green light is on and the doll is counting at the tree, keep advancing, but stop once she turns back and the red light starts, because if that happens and you are still moving, you will be killed.

Race to cross the finish line at the end of the course before the time granted for it runs out on you as well, since there is also this element of the countdown. Good luck!
