For each level, there is a fruit, such as an apple, an orange, a watermelon, and others, all bothered by one or more worms that are inside them, with you completing the level once you've gotten the worms out of them. For example, you drag a mechanical hand to pull the worm out, you can attach it to a weight that you then drop, or even release a fish from captivity, a fish that will then jump at the chance to eat the worm up.
