In each level you have to use the mouse to draw a blue line from the boy to the blue toilet, and a red line from the girl to the red toilet in order for them to get there and pee, but make sure to avoid getting their lines twisted with one another, or you lose, and to also evade the various obstacles that will be put in your path.
