The colored platforms are safe for you, so jump from one to another to reach the end of each course and level up, and also try doing it fast, since you will be timed, so the quicker you are, the better. Use WASD to move, and space to jump. At the bottom there is lava, and falling into it means instant death, and having to restart from scratch.
