There are different ways to control your helicopter:

Move with the mouse and use a left click to drop cargo.
Use the arrows to fly.
Q, W, E to shift ropes up.
A, S, D to shift ropes down.
Z, X, C to drop cargo.
Space to equalize rope strength.
Shift to use free camera view.

Choose the control option you think best suits you, and then complete each of the eighteen levels by putting the cargo in the target places. For example:

taking a box and putting it on a truck's trailer;
filling up a container with water, and then dropping the water onto a fire to put it out;

In each level, you get bigger cargo, and a more complicated air space for you to navigate. Master the control of your helicopter to move around all the cargo.
