You are going to use the mouse to aim and shoot bubbles from the bottom of the screen towards those at the top, with the goal being to either hit or create groups of at least three bubbles of the same color, with them ranging from colors such as green, red, to blue, orange, yellow, and more.
Once you have cleared all the bubbles from the screen, the level is done, but be very careful not to allow the bubbles to stack down to the bottom of the screen, because if that happens you lose and have to start again.
