The car will rev itself up, and when the meter reaches the red zone, click on the power button to get as much of it as possible, because the car will race forward on the ramp, which will allow it to fly in the air and do all sorts of crazy stunts. If you can reach the checkpoint, you can do another run and jump.

Keep doing so to increase your score, doing so the crazier your flips, stunts, and jumps are, but also for destroying things and causing explosions to go off.
