The song is called 'Showtime'.

When floating arrow symbols match on the top right side of the screen, that is when you need to press the identical arrow keys to hit your notes, and if you can keep at it until the song and routine ends, you win, but missing your notes multiple times in a row leads to the depletion of the health bar and then losing, so don't let that happen but win instead!
