Use WASD for movement, and go around the train tracks to grab metal to heal, trees for fuel, and a combination of the two to have weapons available. Then, when on the train, click and then press D to run it and get away from the spider train, Choo-Choo Charles, because he is chasing you, and if he catches up, you lose.
