How to play Obbie Tycoon: Money Tycoon

Use WASD to move, Space to jump, Shift to run, and the Mouse to look around. Go at the post fixture with the mailbox, and get the money that you receive there. Stand there until you acquire the funds. As time goes on, the sum increases, so wait for it to get to the sums you need.

You then walk on the empty lot and use that money to raise your house with multiple parts of it such as:

house foundation;
house walls;
house ladder;
second floor of the house;
house roof;
and so on...

Keep repeating this process to build up your house and this includes the decorations inside and other fixtures. Your main goal is building all the houses and businesses in the city.

As you do it, all that you've build will generate more money for you, allowing you to raise up even more proprieties. It's the classic system of turning profits into investments and then into bigger profits.

Buildings to raise up include:

cafe ice cream;
school;
stores;
entertainment venues;

You can also spawn automobiles, even up to the size of tractors, and use them to go around, or give them to settlers in your community for businesses and farming or production operations.

Buy new skins and cars!

Use the money in your reserves to change the skin of your character at any time, and you can buy new vehicles for yourselves to drive around, since the map is big, and it's easier to explore this way than by foot.
