The arrow moves up and down, so click when it is at the desired angle. The power meter goes up and down, so click when it is closer to the top than the bottom to shoot Homer out into the sky with as much power as possible.

Kick Homer into flight, and when in-air, you can click and kick him again with the mouse by taking control of the hand. Kick him further, since making a big distance is going to be your main goal.

Try to avoid hitting stop signs and various other obstacles, both in air and on the ground, since they will slow you down, and if they stop you to a halt, you need to restart from scratch.
