Whether you are playing in the story mode or free play mode of the game, to win you have to do the same thing, which is to reach the end of the songs by playing your notes according to the charts.

To do it, when you see arrow symbols float and match above BF's head, that is when you press the identical arrow keys to hit your notes. Miss one too many notes and you lose the game, be careful. Good luck, enjoy!
