It's quite simple, and you start off in the main lobby, where you enter through the portal for the parkour world. To do it, use the WASD keys for moving and the spacebar for jumping, as you have to go only over the orange parts of the course while avoiding the green ones, as they are toxic, and if you die from them, you need to start again from scratch.
