Watch for the exact moment when floating arrow symbols match above BF on the right side of the screen, on the top, and press the identical arrow keys to hit your notes, doing so until the end of the song to win. If you miss notes by pressing the wrong keys, not hitting them at all, or getting the timing wrong, your health bar depletes.
