Use the arrow keys to swim around the underwater city with your Bubble Guppy. Collect the tissues, the hot ramen soup, or the orange juice.

Why these things? Everyone's got the flu, and you will use them to treat everyone you see blowing their nose or being sick!

So, after collecting these useful items, when you reach someone who is sick, click on them to throw them the help you've just collected.

Treat all the patients in the city to stop the virus from spreading!

Treat the fish in quarantine!

Next up, fishes and crabs will come out the windows of where they are staying away from people, and they have their noses infected.

click on them as they come out to shoot them with nasal spray and heal them
before you run out of time, treat as many patients as possible to get a big score!
