To move Iron Man you use the right and left arrow keys. When Ultron wants to attack you, you will see his target turning red before the attack. Of course, this means you have to move away from the targets in order to avoid the missiles that Ultron sends towards you, and if you can collect Iron Man coins, do it since it gives you extra health.
