Use WASD to move, shift to run, space to jump, and use the mouse to aim and shoot, pressing R when you need to reload. In each level you are given a number of enemies to eliminate by shooting them down, so do it, while making sure they don't shoot and deplete your health bar first because if that happens, you lose.
