The game is actually a mix of three mini-games:

Parkour with Huggy: as Huggy chases Noob through the courses, press W to jump over obstacles, pits, traps, and other dangers, so you don't get caught by the scary blue monster toy.
Aquapark: as you ride down the water slides, click to avoid TNT and various other kinds of dangers, making sure not to lose your health bar.
Archery with Herobrine: use D to speed up, W to jump, and the mouse to aim and shoot arrows at Herobrine as you advance through the hell level!
