A test subject in the shape of a white blob is trying to escape out of the lab it is held captive, where it moves up and down fully and automatically, so you will have to hold up or down in order to make it change direction and move through the course, which is an endless one, so the farther you go, the better.

You run out of life as you proceed because you are not in your vial, meaning that you have to eat up the enemies in your path to regenerate health because if you hit zero, you lose. Be careful, as enemies with weapons and defensive shields should be avoided, as they are dangerous and they attack you.
