The format is simple: bombs are being thrown in the offices where you and the other player sit, and you need to avoid them, because those that get exploded lose. You do this in the 2P versus mode, where you try to beat the other, but there is also a 2P Co-Op mode, where you both try to help each other survive.

If you're playing 1P, just you and the computer, try to see how much you can survive the bombs thrown at you level after level. Here are your controls:

Player 1 uses WASD to move, V to jump, and B to kick.
Player 2 uses the ARROWS to move, O to jump, and I to kick.
