Welcome to Super Mario World!

Your adventure is in Dinosaur Land, where Bowser kidnapped Princess Toadstool, who is different from Princess Peach. Bowser just can't stop taking princesses away. Well, you and Mario can't stop saving them either!

Together with Mario you need to explore the land and complete all the levels set in various parts of the region. For example, your first three locations to beat are:

Yoshi's House (Home Base)
Yoshy's Island 1
Yoshy's Island 2

Complete the two courses on the island to pick up Yoshi and have him join you in further adventures. Run and jump, defeat or entirely avoid enemies, get coins to collect treasure, beat record scores, and eat some mushrooms!

How to play Super Mario World (controls)

ARROWS to move
X to jump
Z to spin

Run and jump!

Use these motions to advance through the territory and get on top of the platforms. You also need to jump over pits, tubes, enemies, and dangers!

Stomp the creatures!

If you bump into a creature head-on, you lose a life. If you lose 4 lives, you lose the game. Jump on top of their heads to stomp them and get extra points!

Get the coins!

Find coins and take them when they are out in the open. Hit the bricks with question marks to get the coins hidden inside of them too!

Find the mushrooms!

Find and get mushrooms to grow in size or get extra lives.

Move fast, Mario!

You need to clear each level before running out of time. The more time left on the clock, the more extra points you gain!
