Choose the mode between 1 Player and 2 Player, and in the latter case you use the following controls:

Player 1 moves with WASD, attacks with J and K
Player 2 moves with the ARROWS, and attacks with 1, and 2.

There is also the P1 Vs P2 mode. That's because in the first ones you go into the story mode, and alone or together you have to defeat one enemy after another until it's done. For this third mode, you will have a one-on-one fight against one another, and it's a one-and-done!

You have to defeat the opponent before they defeat you, which is done by depleting their health bar. What we did was combine a lot of punches and kicks together. You will see that if you can make multiple hits after one another you will have a greater impact. Also, successful combos can help you charge up special attacks like the Kamehameha!
