The three bears are going to run through the forest in the stacking pose, where they are on top of one another, and when you click they can jump over things, something you have to help them do in order to avoid all the obstacles along the course, and the farther you get, the more points you get.

You lose one of the bears each time that you hit an obstacle, and when you lose all three of them, you obviously also lose the game. If that happens, try doing a better job next time that you play, of course!
