In each level you have multiple glasses that are empty, each one having a color to represent them, and from the top you can pour droplets of color into them, doing so by clicking on them to make them drop. Click in the right spots of the colors so that they fall into the correct glasses.

When you fill them to the brim, only to the dotted line, and all of them are full, you win that level, but be careful not to go overboard too much, you might lose, and the levels are not complete until the cups are not filled either.
