Mad Medicine is the latest hypercasual runner game online in 3D from our website, also a mobile-friendly one, but a bit different from what you are used to, as it has quite a fresh concept, something we know from our own amazing time spent playing it, and in case you want to know how you can do it as well, we will now teach you!

Grab the Mad Medicine and win the race!

You start off each race/run as disabled, so you need to grab the medicine packs along the courses, swiping left and right to change direction, so that you start wearing crutches, then walk without them but slowly, until you reach the healthy level, and even further if possible, becoming more physically-abled until the end of the course.

That is because you will then take part in a race, and you should aim to be the first one to cross the finish line and win it. Avoid the traps along the way, and get in front of nurses to get an extra health boost. The courses and the levels they are in only get progressively more difficult, but we promise that more fun as well, so feel free to start sooner rather than later so you can complete all of them!
