To finish each level you have to completely knock down the platforms and the pigs on them, something that is done by shooting the birds through them from a slingshot since they don't have wings big enough to fly.

Use the mouse to do so, draw the sling back to set the angle and power, and then release it to make your shot. The number of birds you have is limited, so don't lose them if you don't want to lose the level without defeating all the pigs.
