Firstly, controls: use WAD or the ARROWS for moving and jumping, and use Z to shoot when you have the power to do so, gained by collecting potions along the way. Some potions make you bigger, some give you extra lives or other power-ups. Don't lose all your lives, or you lose the game. Use touch controls on mobile devices such as phones or tablets.

Make sure to jump on top of the monsters, such as the brown ones and the snails, which is how you eliminate them because hitting them head-on means losing lives. Along the way, collect coins from out in the open, or from hitting the bricks with question marks, as you aim to get a big score in return.
