In each level you click, drag, swipe, and tap on the Biden Ragdoll in order to kick, hit, shoot, or cut it, so that you do damage on it until you fill up the progress bar, and with the money you will have earned from that level, you need to buy new weapons to destroy him even faster and more for the further levels.
