Chop up ingredients with a knife:

peppers
tomatoes
onions
parsley

Cut up the chicken into multiple pieces as well. Boil the meat first, and then add some oil over it. Put all of the vegetables in as well, and then a bit of water, and a bit of tomato paste. Boil everything up further, and create your tasty stew. Don't forget to use condiments like the classic salt and pepper. After it's done, it's ready to be enjoyed by the emotions.
