How to play Ludus

In each round, when playing against the computer, or in real PVP battles against real players, win by decimating the units of your enemies.

each player gets 4 lives; win four rounds first to win against your opponent, but if they do it to you first, they win;
each round of a battle is harder than the last, with the enemy bringing forward more units; do the same to overpower them;
win each battle round by having more units, or stronger units, but preferably a mix of both to always ensure victory;

Use the power of merging!

Before each round of fighting starts, you are awarded summoning coins, based on the previous performance you've made in prior fights.

use summoning coins to spawn heroes on your side of the battlefield;
you always spawn the units in order of their level, from 1 to 2, 3, and so forth;
take two units of the same level and kind, drag and drop them onto each other to merge them;
when you merge two units of a level you advance them to the next level, making them stronger;

Use this method to have stronger units, and when you can no longer merge, use the remaining coins to spawn more soldiers and level up your numbers too!

Create the best battle deck!

In this hypercasual clan battle game, units and characters come in the form of hero cards, similar to a trading card game.

you earn and unlock new heroes from the cards you win after winning battles;
you can use available coins to make upgrades to your heroes in the deck;
create a deck of warriors with varied powers, levels, and attributes;

Conquer all the arenas!

Arenas are the place where players all around the globe meet to battle one another.

Players are put in arenas based on their ranking and power level.

This makes the wars fair, and when you advance to the next arena, the battles always get harder, but you also get stronger.

Upgrade your deck, units, and strategies from one arena to the next and beat the other players until you climb the rankings all the way up to the top!
