How to play Kirby Super Star

This compilation game features eight mini-games, each with a different storyline, and various targets to achieve. Controls remain the same throughout the games:

• ARROWS for directions.
• Z for A.
• X for B.
• A for X.
• S for Y.
• D for L.
• C for R.
• Enter to Start.
• Space to Select.

The main elements and gameplay goals to take in mind throughout the games are:

• running and jumping on the platforms, jumping and flying over pits and obstacles, traps, enemies, and hazards;
• swimming, crouching, and sliding;
• you can inhale the enemies;
• when you inhale enemies and eat them up, you can copy their powers;
• collecting power-ups along the routes;

Always aim to get a score as big as possible, and be careful of the dangers not to lose your health bar. When emptied, you lose.

Here is a quick rundown on all the game's modes, so that you can play them to win them!

Spring Breeze

Get to the castle and challenge King Dedede. It's a remake of the first Kirby Game. 

Dyna Blade

Stop the giant bird from destroying the crops. Win four levels, and then defeat the boss at the end!

Gourmet Race

Race against King Dedede and eat as much food as possible on the way. Win by having more points by the end of the course!

The Great Cave Offensive

Explore the cave Kirby's fallen into and collect the 60 treasures hidden inside.

Revenge of the Meta Knight

Stop the Meta Knight from taking over Dream Land! Invade his airship, defeat his minions, and finish the levels before you run out of time!

Milky Way Wishes

Travel across nine planets and restore Nova, a comet-clock that grants wishes.

• win scrolling shooter fights against enemies;
• you cannot use copy abilities in this mode;

The Arena

Defeat each boss from the game, in one-on-one fights where you get one special ability for free. You only have one life, so if you get killed once, you lose.

Two Kirby Mini-Games:

• Samurai Kirby
• Megaton Punch: punch a block that is stronger than your opponent.
