In Ladder Race, you have to race your opponent and build ladders to overcome the obstacles ahead of you. You first have to collect the steps for your ladders, you can collect these as you run in the level, trying to outrun your opponent.

On the level, you will have to ladder up to avoid hitting the elevated ground or the obstacles. The obstacles you may find in the level are orange spikes, elevated ground, and more. There are also items that help you, the lighting strike power-up will give you a temporary speed boost to help you.

When you finish the level you will be able to ladder up to see how efficient you were. There are multiple steps at the finish line, each one has a number on it telling you how many steps you managed to bring with you to the end of the level. The higher you can go, the higher your final score will be. There are 30 unique levels you can finish in the game.
